| Ozzie is a heavily Dingus-bred male. He's quick, line control hound with a big honest mouth that shakes the ground. He wouldn't be a front-runner in Mid-West SPO trials, but is a quick-footed hound nonetheless. He was never campaigned in AKC, but was competed in ARHA Little Pack is his younger years, and ended up as a Dual Grand champion (field and show). Last year as a 6-year-old, Ozzie was entered into his first UKC trial and won both the field and show that day. He only needs points to dual champion in UKC. He has also competed in Progressive Pack and has qualified for his championship title there. As a gundog, Ozzie is a hunter/handler's dream with plenty of desire and hunt. Ozzie will run well with a pack or be happy to circle a rabbit for you on his own. He, his sire, and his littermate brothers are all natural retrievers, and to my knowledge have never taken off-game. Ozzie has good kennel manners, as is a pleasure to own. |
